PARKING RESTRICTION REMINDER

On Tuesday, December 7, there will be no parking on the south side (unit side) of the fourth row from 7:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. due to tree trimming. Heavy equipment will move in at 7 a.m. This south side will be considered a red zone; violators will receive citations. Thank you for your cooperation.

WORKER HOLIDAY GRATUITIES

During the holiday season, some residents want to give gifts to our landscape crew members and guards.

Eulises: Eulises is the landscape foreman who has been with Malibu Villas for about 7 years. He contributes far more than maintaining the foliage. He is our on-site go-to person for numerous maintenance issues including pond, walkways, railings, all water emergencies, and other.

Omar: Omar has been on the part-time landscape crew for several years now and, like Eulises, is totally familiar with the property. He and Eulises work together very effectively.

Dakota: Dakota assumed full-time day guard responsibilities in July after serving as the alternate/part-time guard for a year. The guard is responsible for enforcing the MVOA Rules and Regulations and vehicle registration.

Gunner: Gunner assumed the alternate/weekend guard position in July. Like Dakota, he walks the property to assure compliance with Rules and Regulations.

The MVOA Board of Directors wants to thank these workers for their service.
