Attention all Homeowners,
The annual MVOA vehicle registration will be conducted from June through August 2012. All resident vehicles whether parked in or outside the garage must have a decal affixed to the lower windshield on the driver’s side. Current decals for 2011-2012 will expire on September 1, 2012.
Vehicle registration will take place upstairs in the clubhouse on the following dates:
- Saturday, June 9, 11am-12pm
- Sunday, June 17, 11am-12pm
- Saturday, July 14, 11am-12pm
- Sunday, July 29, 11am-12pm
- Friday, August 24, 7pm-8pm
- Saturday, August 25, 11am-12pm
- Sunday, August 26, 11am-12pm
Cost: $10 per decal. Please bring cash or check in the required amount. Units not registering their vehicles by September 1, 2012 will be fined.
Owners with tenants are reminded that renters must have a valid lease to purchase decals. All current tenants’ names must appear on the lease. Owners accepting new tenants must provide a copy of the lease and a move-in fee of $175 to the management company, Tami Chavin at Tami@cpm1.com Please explain the vehicle registration process carefully to your tenants and encourage them to read and follow all parking regulations including the guest parking pass policy.
